AJ Design and Decor will measure the room, as well as any furniture which is to remain in the room. A detailed space plan will be drawn, and provided to the client. A color palette will be developed in keeping with the mood and style that the client wished to create. A storyboard of furniture, materials and accessory options will be provided to the client, complete with a shopping list as to where the client can find these exact items. The windows will be measured, and a design solution will be presented to the client, complete with a shopping list as to where the client can find these exact items. Budget, style, mood, colors, and client's needs will all be carefully considered in the design.

Clients may choose to hire their own contractors, and purchase their own furniture. If the client wishes to have AJ Design and Decor hire the contractors, the client will pay cost, plus 10%. If the client wishes to have AJ Design and Decor purchase furniture and accessories on their behalf, the client will be charged hourly.

When building a new home, the client may wish to have a designer help choose colors and finishes of flooring, cabinetry, countertops, paint, hardware and lighting for the new home. Final selections will be presented to the client who may then proceed with their builder.

The client may choose to hire their own installers, and purchase their own products. If the client wishes to have AJ Design and Decor hire the installers, and purchase products on their behalf, the client will be charged hourly.

If a client is selling their home, a designer can come out to your home and make recommendations for changes that could be made to the home to increase its value. Staging implementation will be charged hourly.

A client may hire a designer on a strictly hourly basis, or in conjunction with another contract they might have in progress. Paint selection, hanging pictures, staging, personal shopping, etc.

Commercial packages available upon request, as each project varies in scope.
